Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc.) was established in 1975, primarily to provide sign language interpreting services to deaf and hard of hearing citizens in the state of South Dakota. Today however, CSD employs over 2000 individuals nationwide to provide a broad continuum of social or human services as well as telecommunication relay services for an estimated 15 million deaf and hard of hearing consumers. About Keenan Designs - Dale Keenan has been a graphic designer since the stone age... remember rubylith and x-acto knifes? Dale spent his first years of life going to Husets to watch his Dad race. Leon Keenan drove the purple number 45 super modified to 3 "A" feature wins at Husets during the late 60's. Although to young to remember any of this Dale grew up a open wheel racing fan!
